a. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day
operations. 

b. Observing and learning from experienced staff members. 

c. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes. 

d. To answer incoming calls and explain the project and
organization 

e. To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective
customers 

f. To handle the queries of the customers and co-ordinate with the
sales team for meetings 

g. To maintain the MIS and reports 

h. Follow-up with prospective buyers and schedule site visits.(VERY
IMPORTANT) 

i. Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and
updating the database.
