Founder & Director of Ghungroo Dance Institute & Presindent of Pt. Laxmi Chand Ekai of Sanskar Bharti Gurugram, is a promoter of Indian Cullture and Dance focusing mainly on Kathak. She is Bhaskar in Kathak and has learned Rajasthani Folk Dance along with a Master’s Degree in Commerce and Bachelor’s Degree in Education. In her 16-year long career, she has successfully established 4 branches of Ghungroo Dance Institute across Gurugram which not only provides high quality Kathak Training, but also conducts exams for professional courses of dance and music with more than 400 candidates appearing every year.

She has been honoured with many awards during the course of her work.She got awarded by Mr. Rajnath Singh (Home Minister) in 2012.

She Learnt KATHAK from GURU Dr. Satish kaushik and completed master’s course in Kathak called BHASKAR. Also learned folk dance of various states like Rajasthan, Haryana & Gujrat and western dance forms like Jazz and Conteporary.
