Telecommunication Plan (NTP5). The aim of the launch is to implement fiber
optic networks for 100% of all businesses and 95% of all households throughout
the Kingdom of Bahrain. As the owner of the fiber-based national broadband
network in Bahrain, BNET is obligated to grant all other licensees equal access
